Qualifications

• 8+ years of project or program management experience.
• Experience leading cross-functional aviation, aerospace, or MRO projects.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Experience managing budgets, schedules, resources, and project risks.

Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale aviation and aerospace projects from planning through completion.
• Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, resources, and risk mitigation.
• Coordinate with engineering, operations, maintenance, quality, safety, and leadership.
• Ensure compliance with FAA regulations and industry standards.
• Drive stakeholder engagement and maintain effective communication throughout lifecycles.
• Manage vendor relationships and project deliverables.
• Oversee multiple concurrent projects while maintaining timelines and objectives.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and project efficiency.
