Job summary

Cognizant is seeking a PI Systems Analyst with 2+ years of AVEVA PI System experience to support real-time data infrastructure for business and engineering users.

You will create PI Tags, build AF Elements, develop AF Analyses and Notifications, and troubleshoot data flows end-to-end while aligning with established procedures and end-user needs. The role is based in Charlotte, NC with competitive pay and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of AVEVA PI System experience (AF SDK, Tags, Templates/Analyses/Notifications)
• Working knowledge of .NET Framework/Core and MSSQL
• Familiarity with PI DataLink, PI Vision and PI Interfaces
• Basic networking knowledge (firewalls, ports, network diagnostic tools)
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to interface with end users
• Ability to work independently and follow/improve procedures

Responsibilities

• Create and edit PI Tags to support new and existing data sources

Job Summary

We are seeking a PI Systems Analyst with 2+ years of hands-on experience in AVEVA (OSI) PI System administration including PI AF SDK .NET Framework/Core and MSSQL. This role supports and extends our real-time operational data infrastructure working across PI Tags Asset Framework (AF) and end-user visualization tools to ensure reliable well-modeled plant data for business and engineering users.

Responsibilities

Annual salary

The annual salary for this position is between $70,000 - $105,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

Discretionary incentive

This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
