Qualifications

• Active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license in the practicing state. Compact licenses must be transferred within 90 days.
• Current CPR certification (with hands-on component). We can assist in obtaining this after hire if needed.
• TB skin test within the last 12 months.
• Six months of hands-on nursing experience preferred but not required.
• Reliable transportation.
