Responsibilities

• Prep, set, and strike audiovisual equipment and maintain inventory.
• Track inventory and ensure orders are completed on time.
• Operate AV equipment with understanding of signal flow and specs.
• Identify equipment shortages and arrange substitutions.
• Maintain open communication with management at all times.
• Follow strict guidelines and adhere to schedules.
• Represent INSPIRE professionally in grooming and attire policies.
• Maintain positive relationships with clients and hotel staff.
• Work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changes.
• Protect equipment and report any damage to the appropriate personnel.
• Keep a clean and safe work area.
• Perform any other duties assigned.
