Job summary

Conference Technologies (CTI) is offering a paid 10-week internship in Chicago - Itasca, IL. You’ll learn from seasoned AV professionals, participate in a structured program, and gain real-world experience through hands-on projects.

The internship runs for ten weeks starting May 25th, 2027, with a 40-hour work week, and includes study for the AVIXA CET exam. Eligible students must graduate Spring 2027–Spring 2028 and pass background checks.

Qualifications

• Education:Anticipated Associate's/Bachelor's Graduation between Spring 2027 - Spring 2028.
• Valid Driver's License and a safe driving record per Company Policy.
• Able to pass a background check.
• Familiar with hand and power tools.
• Physically able to walk distances, crouch, squat, reach, crawl, climb ladders, work at high elevations and in tight spaces, and lift up to 50 lbs repetitively.

Responsibilities

• Gain hands-on experience through our AV integration boot-camp and introductory training.
• Work on impactful projects and challenge yourself through problem-solving.
• Study for the AVIXA Certified Technology Specialist exam.
• Work 40 hours a week on-site with our AV professionals, Monday through Friday during regular business hours.
