Job summary

Loud and Live is seeking a Part-Time AV/Event Technician to assist with setup, operation, and strike of audiovisual equipment at various live events in Miami. This role suits someone with advanced AV knowledge, a strong work ethic, and a willingness to learn in a collaborative team environment.

You will help with audio, lighting, and LED gear, lift gear up to 50 lbs, and adapt to evenings, weekends, and irregular hours.

Qualifications

• Working knowledge of audio systems and lighting equipment (wired and wireless mics, speakers, LED lighting, DMX, DANTE, etc.).
• Ability to lift equipment (up to 50 lbs.) and work on your feet for extended periods.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• A positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and punctuality.
• Flexible schedule – evenings, weekends, and irregular hours depending on event needs.
• Previous experience in live events, theater, or AV production is a must.

Responsibilities
