Job summary

Masis Professional Group in Houston is seeking an experienced AV design engineer to design and develop commercial AV systems, including audio, video, control, networking, and related technology solutions. You will work with clients to capture project requirements and prepare estimates, BOMs, and proposals.

You will collaborate with project managers, engineers, and installation teams to ensure cost-effective, deliverable solutions and maintain strong client relationships.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in commercial AV design, integration, estimating, or related field.
• Strong knowledge of commercial audio, video, control, networking, and low-voltage systems.
• Ability to read architectural, electrical, and construction drawings.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD, Visio, Bluebeam, or similar tools.
• Strong communication, presentation, and client relationship skills.
• CTS/CTS-D certification preferred; experience in AV, cabling, security, or tech integration.
