As an AV and Security Technician III, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of security systems. In addition to performing technical tasks, you will lead a team of technicians, ensuring efficient project execution and maintaining high‑quality standards.

Responsibilities

Technical Leadership

• Lead and supervise a team of AV/Security technicians, providing guidance, mentorship, and support.
• Assign tasks, set priorities, and ensure efficient utilization of resources within the team.
• Provide technical expertise and troubleshooting assistance to team members when needed.
• Promote a positive and collaborative work environment, fostering teamwork and continuous improvement.

Project Coordination

• Collaborate with project managers to plan and execute AV and security system installation projects.
• Review project requirements, specifications, and design plans to ensure proper implementation.
• Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to schedule installations and resolve any issues or conflicts.
• Monitor project progress, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

Installation and Configuration

Requirements
