Point Loma Nazarene University seeks a friendly, service-oriented individual to support Print and Mail Services. The role involves receiving, sorting, and delivering campus mail, assisting in print services, and operating the retail counter for shipping options and supplies.
The position is full-time with a pay range of $18.00–$19.00 per hour. A California drivers license, clean driving record, and a commitment to PLNUs mission are required.

We are looking for a candidate with a positive attitude, a friendly disposition and the ability to effectively communicate with students, faculty, staff, and guests. The ideal candidate is someone with strong organizational skills, flexibility and attention to detail. We are looking for applicants who are capable of handling a very physically demanding job that entails assisting in the operation of Print and Mail Services by receiving, sorting, and delivering incoming and outgoing mail, assisting in Print Services, and working the retail counter.

This job is physically demanding. It requires significant periods of standing and walking. The need to stand, stoop, push, pull and lift up to 55 pounds throughout the day, and lift up to 70 pounds on occasion. Use of a computer, phone, and other machinery on a daily basis. Good vision to read shipping labels, documents, and emails on paper and a computer monitor. Hearing and speaking to communicate effectively with others in person and by phone.
