Job summary

Three Tiers Home Care Agency LLC in Indianapolis is seeking a Personal Care Aide to support seniors and adults with disabilities in daily living activities.

You will assist with hygiene needs, mobility, meals, light housekeeping, errands, and provide companionship, helping to improve clients' comfort and independence while staying compassionate and reliable.

Qualifications

• Prior experience as a Caregiver, Home Health Aide, or similar role is preferred but not required.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Knowledge of basic housekeeping tasks and cooking skills.
• Ability to adhere to health and safety guidelines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; compassionate and respectful demeanor.
• Ability to lift heavy objects.
