Alleviate Home Personal Care LLC in Hammond, IN is seeking a Personal Care Aide to support seniors and people with disabilities. You will assist with hygiene, mobility, light housekeeping, errands, meal prep, medication reminders, and provide companionship to improve living environments.

Ideal candidates are patient, compassionate, reliable, with strong communication. No prior experience required though caregiving background is helpful; valid driver's license and background checks are part of

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Caregiver, Home Health Aide, or similar role is preferred but not required
• Valid driver’s license, Insurance, Registration and reliable transportation
• Negative TB screening (Chest Xray if Required)
• CPR/First Aid (American Heart Association or American Red Cross) (Will offer Resources)
• Physical
• Criminal Background check
• Reference check
• Knowledge of basic housekeeping tasks
• Ability to adhere to all health and safety guidelines
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
