Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED required; associate/bachelor's degree preferred.
Valid driver's license and ability to meet driving-record requirements.
Ability to pass background checks and drug screenings.
Comfort with long hours driving and working in close quarters.
Strong interest in technology and quick adaptation.
Technically proficient with computers and basic troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

Drive test vehicles for long-distance and extensive travel missions up to 50% travel.
Operate on varied schedules and manage start-up, engagement, and shutdown procedures.
Monitor and troubleshoot software and hardware systems on the road.
Record detailed reports on vehicle performance and collaborate with engineers.
Represent the organization professionally while prioritizing safety of road users.
