Qualifications

• Active FL medical license required.
• DEA license required.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible.

Responsibilities

• Meet with patients to assess symptoms and medical history.
• Diagnose conditions and determine appropriate treatment plans.
• Educate patients on preventative health and follow-up care.
• Collaborate with medical staff to coordinate care.
• Maintain patient records accurately in all systems.
