You will lead a team of engineers dedicated to developing autonomy solutions for unmanned aircraft platforms, primarily V-BAT and X-BAT, while ensuring high standards of technical excellence and team growth.

Your role includes managing team performance, driving hiring processes, and developing cutting-edge autonomy software, while maintaining close collaboration with various technical teams and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a minimum of 7 years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience.
• 2+ years of direct people-management experience.
• Demonstrated experience leading a small technical team or owning a major capability from design through field delivery.

Responsibilities

• Manage a small-to-mid-sized engineering team and own performance and growth.
• Drive hiring for your area and partner with recruiting.
• Develop and integrate autonomy software solutions.

Skills

Strong proficiency in C++

Experience with multi-agent autonomy
