The role offers a $95,000–$110,000 base salary with a $10,000 sign-on bonus, plus tuition reimbursement for new grads and performance-based bonuses.

You will work in a patient-first environment with clinical autonomy, supported by a mentor and structured onboarding; a flexible PTO policy and 401(k) plan are available to clinicians.

Qualifications

• Experience in outpatient orthopedic physical therapy preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients in an outpatient orthopedic setting.
