Job summary

SOS Wellness is seeking a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) or Psychiatric Physician Assistant (PA-C) to join a mission-driven behavioral health practice serving Greater Cincinnati and the Dayton region. You’ll have clinical autonomy, collaborate with a supportive team, and deliver care across mood disorders, anxiety, ADHD, trauma, and SUD via in-person and telehealth options.

Qualifications

• Active Ohio License: APRN with PMHNP-BC certification, or PA-C with psychiatric experience.
• DEA registration is active or willingness to obtain.
• Experience with Medicaid and commercial payer mixes.
• Ability to pass a comprehensive background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and provide ongoing medication management.
• Collaborate with therapists, case managers, and Medical Director on integrated treatment plans.
• Practice from three southwest Ohio locations (Cincinnati, Middletown, Dayton) with telehealth as appropriate.
• Manage your own schedule by choosing full-time or part-time 1099 hours.
