• Active FL medical license required.
• DEA license.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible.

Responsibilities

• Meet with patients to assess symptoms and develop treatment plans.
• Diagnose and treat medical conditions; perform annual physicals.
• Educate patients on preventative health measures and wellness strategies.
• Prescribe medications and therapies as appropriate.
• Maintain patient records and coordinate care with specialists.
