Job summary

Job Juncture is seeking an Electrical Controls Engineer for PLC programming and panel design in Oak Creek, WI. You will own complete control system projects from concept to commissioning, using Allen-Bradley PLCs, Rockwell HMIs, and AutoCAD Electrical.

Qualifications

2+ years of PLC programming (Allen-Bradley/Rockwell) and electrical schematic design (AutoCAD Electrical).
HMI software proficiency and hardware configuration for manufacturing/automation.
Hands-on shop wiring, assembly, and troubleshooting on the floor.
FANUC robotics and industrial vision systems (Cognex/Keyence) are a plus.
Willingness to travel 10–20% domestically; U.S. work authorization within commuting distance of Oak Creek/South Milwaukee.

Responsibilities

Design complete electrical schematics, panel layouts, and BOMs using AutoCAD Electrical.
Program Allen-Bradley/Rockwell PLC and HMI control logic for custom automation machinery.
Participate in hands-on shop assembly and panel wiring; verify hardware integration and troubleshoot connections.
Integrate robotic platforms and vision hardware for high-speed inspection and handling.
Travel 10–20% to client facilities for commissioning, startups, and support.
Collaborate with project leads and leadership to refine system builds with minimal oversight.
