Dental Dreams in Pennsylvania is actively hiring both full-time and part-time dentists across our Pennsylvania offices. The practice offers complete autonomy over treatment planning in a modern, digital facility with mentorship from experienced clinicians.

We provide flexible schedules, sign-on bonuses up to $50,000, and competitive compensation typically ranging from $290,000 to $330,000+ annually, plus health and vision insurance and family dental coverage.

Qualifications

• Pennsylvania license required or eligible
• DDS/DMD from an accredited U.S. program
• Full-time or part-time availability in PA offices

Responsibilities

• Autonomous treatment planning and delivery of general dentistry
• Maintain a fully digital, paperless office workflow
• Mentor junior clinicians and support staff
• Manage discretionary selection of supplies and instruments
• Provide care to a diverse patient base and participate in continuing education
