Aspen Dental is seeking dental hygienists who are empowered clinicians and trusted oral health providers. You’ll work as a valued clinical partner to the doctor, with autonomy to assess oral health, recommend care, and educate patients, without being rushed.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher in dental hygiene from an accredited institution.
• Active dental hygiene license in the state of practice.
• Strong communication skills and a passion for patient education.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the doctor to develop and deliver personalized patient care plans.
• Utilize digital tools to support assessments and patient communication.
• Collaborate with the dental team to deliver exceptional patient experiences.
• Manage schedules and supplies to provide comprehensive care.
