Quality Surgical Management (QSM) is seeking an NP or PA to join our wound care team in Florida. You will provide bedside surgical wound care, document thoroughly, and collaborate with care teams across facilities with unprecedented autonomy.

The role offers a stable weekday schedule with no on‑call, no nights, and no weekends, plus ongoing training, mentorship, and strong billing support. A family‑oriented culture and comprehensive benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Unencumbered NP (Adult/Geriatric/Family), or PA license.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to independently manage clinical judgment and documentation.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and work onsite with patients.
• Availability by phone during working hours.
• Attendance at required meetings and annual corporate conferences.
• Possible telehealth responsibilities.
