Moove is seeking an AV Tech Apprentice/Intern in Phoenix, AZ. The role focuses on supporting senior technicians in maintaining autonomous vehicle fleets, performing basic repairs, and assisting with sensor installations and software updates in a fast-paced shop environment.

Ideal candidates have strong mechanical aptitude and eagerness to learn, with basic understanding of vehicle systems and comfort with hand/power tools.

Qualifications

• Strong mechanical aptitude.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced AV environment.
• Basic understanding of vehicle systems (mechanical and electrical).
• Proficiency with hand and power tools; able to read repair manuals.

Responsibilities

• Support senior technicians in maintaining autonomous vehicle fleets.
• Perform basic repairs, maintenance and shop operations.
• Assist in sensor and hardware installation (LiDAR, radar, cameras, AV modules).
• Assist tire servicing and post-repair inspections for safety and readiness.
• Read and interpret engineering language/scripts for software updates.
