Top Echelon Software, LLC is seeking Autonomous Vehicle Safety Drivers to support testing and data collection in Dallas. You will operate autonomous vehicles safely, monitor systems, document vehicle behavior, and provide detailed feedback to engineering and operations teams.

Ideal candidates have outstanding driving skills, strong situational awareness, and experience in autonomous vehicles or safety-focused driving roles.

Qualifications

• Experience in autonomous vehicle operations, professional driving, driving instruction, motorsports, or similar safety-focused roles.
• Valid U.S. driver's license held for at least 3 years
• Clean driving record with no DUI, drug, or alcohol offenses within the past 5 years
• Strong knowledge of local traffic laws and safe driving practices
• Ability to recognize hazardous situations and respond quickly and safely
• Excellent communication and attention to detail
• Comfortable driving in different weather, traffic, and road conditions
• Strong sense of responsibility and ownership
• Ability to work a flexible schedule based on operational needs

Job Overview

We are hiring Autonomous Vehicle Safety Drivers to support autonomous vehicle testing and data collection in Dallas. In this role, you’ll operate autonomous vehicles safely, monitor system performance, document vehicle behavior, and provide detailed feedback to engineering and operations teams.

This is a strong fit for someone with excellent driving skills, strong situational awareness, and experience in autonomous vehicles, professional driving, safety-focused operations, or other roles where alertness and quick decision-making are critical.

Schedule

• Primarily Monday-Friday with potential weekend work


• Hours may fall between 6:00 AM and 11:00 PM


• Schedule and daily hours may vary based on business needs
