ManpowerGroup is recruiting for an Autonomous Vehicle Driver in Austin, TX. The role involves driving autonomous vehicles for 4-8 hours daily, supporting vehicle operations, and ensuring safety and readiness.

You will collaborate with vehicle engineering, computer vision, infrastructure, design, and ride operations teams, with shifts that can be day or night. A proactive, communicative mindset and a clean driving record are essential.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong driving history with no criminal record.
• Proactive mindset, resourcefulness, and disciplined work ethic.
• Interest or experience in automotive technology is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support vehicle operations by driving 4-8 hours a day and testing autonomous vehicles, ensuring safety and readiness at all times.
• Conduct daily basic vehicle preventative maintenance checks, services, and repairs.
• Assist with documentation, metrics, and providing feedback to engineering teams.
• Support vehicle logistics, movement, and storage of equipment and vehicles.
• Maintain the cleanliness and operational readiness of vehicles and workspaces.
