Job summary

Gatik in Santa Clara, CA is seeking a Verification & Validation Deployment Engineer to support autonomous truck deployments, validation, and release readiness. This onsite role collaborates with Engineering, Operations, Fleet, and Safety to ensure safe and reliable vehicle launches.

You’ll develop test plans, analyze vehicle logs, and coordinate field tests, contributing to deployment readiness reviews and continuous improvement in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Robotics, Automotive Engineering, or related field.
• Experience in Verification & Validation, vehicle testing, autonomous vehicles, robotics, ADAS, automotive systems, or related fields.
• Strong understanding of system-level testing and validation methodologies.
• Experience executing field tests and analyzing test results.

Responsibilities

• Deployments support: assist autonomous truck deployments, fleet launches, and expansions.
• Develop and execute test plans for vehicle, software, and system-level validation.
• Perform route, map validation, and regression testing; verify configurations and deployments.
• Analyze vehicle logs and operational data to assess system performance.
• Coordinate deployment schedules and on-site testing with cross-functional teams.
