Job summary

Stack AV in Miami, FL is seeking an Operations Specialist to safely operate autonomous trucks, hauling commercial freight and supporting development testing.

You will respond to system feedback, use internal tools on a smartphone, and uphold strict safety standards during extended autonomous runs. This role offers hourly pay and benefits that include 100% healthcare premiums, a 401(k) match, open PTO with holidays, and no-touch freight.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of Class A driving experience.
• Valid Class A CDL (Airbrake Endorsement) and current DOT Medical Certificate.
• Zero-Tolerance Safety Record with no history of reckless driving or license suspensions/revocations; no moving violations in the last 7 years.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate autonomous trucks on public roads to support development testing and commercial pilot operations.
• Haul commercial freight between customer locations and/or meet points.
• Provide feedback on system performance to advance self‑driving technology.
• Utilize internal tools on a smartphone/tablet to track work assigned and completed.
• Uphold industry-leading safety standards, remaining compliant with internal benchmarks.
• Remain alert and attentive while operating during extended stretches of autonomy.
