Cross Country Education is hiring an Occupational Therapist to support K-12 students in Los Angeles, CA. You’ll assess, develop IEP-based services, and work with a small caseload in a collaborative special education team.

The role offers autonomy with a school-year schedule, summers and breaks off. Expect competitive hourly pay of $58–$68, with a $1,000 completion bonus for full-time staff, travel considerations, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Valid California OT license.
• Experience in school, pediatric clinic, or classroom settings.
• Ability to provide in-person services and supervise COTAs.

Responsibilities

• Conduct student assessments and attend IEP meetings.
• Supervise and support up to two Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs).
• Provide direct services to a small caseload of students, as needed.
• Travel to assigned school sites - We aim to minimize travel by assigning you to nearby school sites whenever we can.
