FAR Inspections is seeking reliable independent contractors to perform residential occupancy verifications in Cumberland County, New Jersey and surrounding communities. As a Field Inspector, you will cover Vineland and nearby areas, earning a flexible supplemental or full-time income with a 1099 arrangement.

You manage your routing, schedule, and territory, with on-site visits typically brief (5–6 minutes). Payments are per inspection, with potential earnings aligned to effort and volume.

Qualifications

• Own reliable, fuel-efficient vehicle.
• Smartphone capable of running mobile reporting apps.
• Computer with internet connection and a printer.
• Ability to pass a standard background check.

• Capture 9+ photos and submit brief reports using industry-standard mobile applications.
