Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional engineering experience, with at least 3+ years in leadership.
• Experience in defense, robotics, aerospace, or complex electromechanical manufacturing.
• Ability to review CAD models and deep knowledge of manufacturing workflows.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a high-performing team of manufacturing engineers.
• Design and optimize assembly lines and production layouts.
• Champion Lean manufacturing principles and improve production throughput.
• Serve as a link between Design Engineering and Production.
• Select and implement manufacturing hardware and tools.
• Own the manufacturing roadmap from prototype to full-scale deployment.
