Curative in Little Rock seeks a Rheumatologist to join an established private-interventional pain practice with dedicated rheumatology space and 4 infusion chairs. The role is outpatient-only with a 4‑day work week and no on-call duties, supported by a strong referral network and an experienced team.

The position offers a guaranteed base with RVU production, sign-on, relocation assistance, full family benefits, 401(k) match, PTO, CME, and malpractice coverage.

Qualifications

• Board-certified or board-eligible in Rheumatology.
• Interest in building volume within an outpatient setting.
• Team-oriented physician with strong operational support.
• Outpatient-only model with no on-call responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide rheumatology services in an outpatient setting.
• Collaborate with PCPs, orthopedics, neurology, and in-house providers.
• Develop volume through referrals and dedicated rheumatology space.
