Job summary

Aspen Dental is seeking a licensed dental hygienist to join a network of independent practices united under a national system. You’ll be empowered as a clinical partner with autonomy to assess oral health, educate patients, and deliver personalized care in a modern setting with advanced technology.

Expect on-site positions with flexible full-time/part-time/PRN options, streamlined onboarding, and ongoing support from a Hygiene Support Team, plus opportunities to advance through TAG University

Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher in dental hygiene from an accredited institution.
• Active dental hygiene license in the state of practice.
• Strong communication skills and a passion for patient education.

Responsibilities

• Travel to nearby offices to support practice operations
• Partner with the doctor to develop and deliver personalized patient care plans
• Utilize digital technology to support clinical assessments, case acceptance, and patient communication
• Collaborate with the dental team to deliver exceptional patient experiences
• Manage your schedule and supplies with the autonomy needed to provide comprehensive care
