Job summary

Thrive Nutrition by MealSuite seeks a Registered Dietitian for in-person visits with some remote work as an independent contractor. Qualifications

• RD/RDN credential in good standing with the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR).
• Active Arizona state license.
• Maintain adequate professional liability insurance.
• Reliable transportation and access to a vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Visit communities in-person up to 30 hours per week, with some remote work.
• Complete nutrition assessments and update care plans.
• Monitor residents' weight, intake, hydration, and nutritional status.
