You’ll join a high-level team of therapists, manage a balanced caseload, and apply your continuing education to achieve the best possible results for each patient.

Qualifications

• Current PTA License or ability to obtain (No sanction)
• A passion for outpatient orthopedic therapy
• A drive to continue to learn and elevate your craft

Responsibilities

• Manage a Balanced Caseload - Top performers treat an average of 12-14 patients per day, with one-on-one dedicated time with each patient.
• Autonomy in Treatment - You've invested time and energy into mastering your craft, and we respect your philosophy on patient care. Working in collaboration with your supervising physical therapist, you'll have the freedom to use innovative approaches and apply the skills you've gained through continuing education to achieve the best possible outcomes.
• Collaborate with a High-Level Team - Work alongside experienced therapists and local medical professionals to deliver cutting-edge rehab.
