Qualifications

• Doctor of Physical Therapy degree or equivalent.
• Licensed or eligible for Physical Therapy licensure.
• Strong clinical reasoning and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Complete comprehensive patient evaluations.
• Develop individualized plans of care.
• Provide evidence-informed orthopedic and performance rehabilitation.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans.
• Help patients safely return to sports, work, recreation, and everyday activities.
• Build strong and trusted patient relationships.
• Collaborate with fellow Physical Therapists.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
• Participate in continued learning and professional development.
