Concordia Visiting Nurses in Canonsburg, PA is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist to join our patient-centered team. You will conduct evaluations, develop treatment plans, apply evidence-based interventions, and educate patients and families to support recovery.

You will collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary staff to ensure holistic care, while enjoying autonomy and flexible scheduling in a caring Christian nonprofit environment dedicated to serving the community.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program with a valid state license.
• Passion for working with patients and delivering high-quality, patient-centered care.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilités

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans that empower patients to reach their maximum potential.
• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and modalities.
• Monitor patient progress, adjust treatment plans as needed, and ensure timely and thorough documentation.
• Educate patients and their families on treatment options, rehabilitation techniques, and preventative measures.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure a holistic approach to patient care.
• Help create a welcoming and supportive clinic environment where patients feel comfortable and motivated.
