Job summary

Integrated Psych Solutions (IPS) is seeking a Psychometrist for our Baltimore outpatient practice. The position offers full-time, part-time, or PRN schedules with a mix of in-office and remote administration, working alongside supervising psychologists on ADHD, autism, learning disorders, and diagnostic clarification.

You will administer and score cognitive/psychological measures, observe behavior, draft reporting sections, and ensure HIPAA-compliant documentation in the EHR.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in psychology, neuroscience or related field required; Master's preferred.
• Experience in psychological testing or behavioral health preferred.
• Familiarity with DSM-5-TR criteria.
• Strong writing and communication skills.
• Proficient with EHR and Google Workspace.
• Detail-oriented and able to work independently.
• PRN candidates: availability for at least one consistent day per week.

Responsibilities

• Administer and score standardized cognitive and psychological assessments.
• Observe and document patient behavior and test-taking approach.
• Draft testing sections and behavioral observations to support reports.
• Complete clinical record reviews and contribute to case formulations.
• Apply DSM-5-TR criteria under psychologist supervision.
• Coordinate testing logistics and scheduling with staff.
• Ensure timely, accurate documentation in the EHR.
• Maintain test security and adhere to HIPAA standards.
