Qualifications

• Graduate of an APTA-accredited school of physical therapy.
• Valid state Physical Therapist license.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and basic internet navigation.

Responsibilities

• Provide PT services including screening, evaluation, and treatment planning.
• Discharge planning, supervision of assistants and rehab techs, and case management.
• Maintain professional conduct while adhering to state and federal regulations.
• Directly supervise PTAs and Rehab Techs per policy and act as consultant.
• Participate in utilization reviews, care conferences, and interdisciplinary teamwork.
• Develop and enhance PT programs, techniques, and services for quality outcomes.
• Ensure safety, infection control, and patient rights policies are followed.
• Maintain licensure and stay informed of professional developments.
• Apply payment models and guidelines to ensure appropriate service delivery.
• Maintain confidentiality of facility and patient information.
