Qualifications

• Master's degree in Nursing or Physician Assistant program and eligible for CT licensure.
• Current, unrestricted Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant licensure in CT.
• Certification as Family Nurse Practitioner (ANCC/AANP) or Physician Assistant (NCCPA).
• Unrestricted CSR and DEA license or willingness to obtain prior to start.

Responsibilities

• Practice at the peak of your license with autonomy and support.
• Be part of a physician-led, patient-centered, team-based care environment.
• No evenings or weekend work; on-call is optional to support balance.
• Participate in individualized onboarding and mentorship program.
• Participate in moderate scheduling templates for consistency and structure.
