Job summary

Community Autism Services invites a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our pediatric home and community-based team in Santa Clarita, CA. You will deliver therapy, assess language and feeding needs, and coordinate with families and interdisciplinary staff to support meaningful outcomes in natural environments.

We seek a clinician with a master's in SLP and CA licensure, plus at least 6 months of pediatric experience.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology required.
• Active California State SLP license required.
• Minimum 6 months' pediatric experience in home, clinic, or community settings.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills essential.
• Commitment to ethical, family-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Deliver speech and language therapy services in home and community-based settings.
• Provide direct therapy, consultation, monitoring, and home programs.
• Conduct evaluations of speech, language, feeding, articulation, and social communication.
• Implement evidence-based interventions to improve functional communication in daily routines.
• Educate and coach caregivers regularly.
