Job summary

ITS Integrated Therapy Solutions is seeking a full-time Speech Language Pathologist for our outpatient pediatric clinic. You will manage your own caseload and deliver tailored one-on-one sessions to meet each child’s goals.

Our compensation structure is flexible and designed to support your professional growth, with opportunities for development, leadership, and ongoing training in a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited Speech Therapy Program.
• Proof of current or pending state licensure as an SLP.
• 2-3 years of experience working as an SLP (Pediatrics Preferred).
• Must have a high communication level, great self-control, and really enjoy working with others.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate initiative and effectively manage your own caseload, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard.
• Provide tailored one-on-one sessions to make a real impact in each child's care plan.
• Work with other divisions of the organization on the prediction of schedules, referral development, and team cooperation to ensure a "whole child" approach to all therapies offered.
• Work independently as a self-driven clinician while continuing to grow within our interdisciplinary team.
