Job summary

PDAA is seeking a fellowship-trained pediatric anesthesiologist to join our growing team and provide IV sedation exclusively in pediatric dental offices across Greater St. Louis, Southern Indiana and Western Kentucky.

This 1099 role offers clinical autonomy, predictable scheduling, and strong work-life balance. You will be the sole anesthesiologist on your cases, with first-year malpractice expenses covered and an equity share program available.

Qualifications

• MD or DO with active medical licensure in the US
• License preferred in MO/IN/KY
• Fellowship in Pediatric Anesthesiology preferred
• Comfort providing anesthesia independently in office-based settings
• Strong clinical judgment and patient safety focus

Responsibilities

• Provide IV sedation anesthesia in pediatric dental offices
• Maintain complete autonomy with 100% solo cases
• Ensure patient safety and compliance with standards
• Collaborate with dental teams when needed, but primarily autonomous
• Deliver high-quality care in an office-based environment
