Affinity Dental Management is seeking Oral Surgeons to join our Connecticut network, offering clinical autonomy and a flexible schedule—part-time or full-time—at one location or across multiple offices. You’ll have a built-in referral network, dedicated clinical support, and comprehensive administrative backing to focus on patient care and surgery.

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school.
• Completion of an accredited Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery residency.
• Board-certified or board-eligible.
• Active Connecticut dental license or eligibility for licensure.
• Commitment to exceptional patient care and collaborative dentistry.
• All experience levels welcome, including new graduates.

Responsibilities

• Practice autonomy and surgeon-led care in a multi-location Connecticut network.
• Build a flexible schedule, choosing part-time or full-time arrangements.
• Leverage a built-in referral network and administrative support to focus on surgery and patient care.

Education
