Job summary

CLS Health is recruiting an experienced OB/GYN in the Greater Houston area to join a physician-led private practice. You will make clinical decisions, set your own schedule, and benefit from management support and IT/Billing/HR handling by the system.

Annual compensation includes a secure base salary plus an uncapped productivity bonus tied to collections, with real-time Power BI dashboards to monitor CPT codes, collections, and bonus potential. 1099 practice setting.

Qualifications

• MD or DO required and Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in OBGYN.
• Active Texas medical license or ability to obtain one is required.
• eCW EMR experience is preferred.
• Private Practice with Management Support is desired.
• Open to experienced physicians, graduating residents, and H1b candidates.
