Baptist Health Medical Group (BHMG) seeks an Advanced Practice Provider to deliver autonomous, patient-centered care within a physician-led team in Kentucky. You will collaborate with other health professionals to ensure high-quality, cost-effective care and comply with state laws and medical staff privileges.

The role emphasizes ongoing clinical reasoning, research, and theory-based practice to influence care decisions and improve patient outcomes within BHMG's standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and successful completion of accredited APP program.
• National certification from the appropriate national certifying agency for the APP.
• Must maintain national certification.
• Current valid and unrestricted license to practice as an APP in the Commonwealth of Kentucky.
• BCLS required through the American Heart Association.
• ACLS as required for position.

Responsabilités

• The APP functions autonomously and collaborates with other health professionals to provide high quality, cost effective care to patients.
• Participates in physician-led team to provide direct patient care in accordance with State Law and Medical Staff privileges.
• Engages in health care system management and influences clinical decision-making through expert reasoning and research.
