• 24-hour call shifts, averaging approximately 13 shifts per 8-week schedule.
• Collaborate with a highly experienced team of 5 Neonatologists and 8 full-time Neonatal Nurse Practitioners.
• Provide care for ELGAN and critically ill neonates.
