Job summary

NIVA Health invites an experienced NP or PA to join our Mobile Wound Care Division, delivering advanced wound care to patients at home and in facilities. You will lead clinical care with autonomy, mentor teammates, and advance quality initiatives.

Responsibilities include applying evidence-based therapies, coordinating multidisciplinary care, and maintaining meticulous EMR documentation across a mobile practice. Valid nursing or physician assistant license is required.

Qualifications

• Experienced NP/PA with valid licenses in wound care.
• Proven ability to lead clinical care and mentor teams.
• Strong decision-making and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage wound care patients in homes and facilities.
• Apply advanced therapies and clinical judgement to promote healing.
