Blue Ops, a Red Cat company, seeks a Mission Operations Master to lead autonomous vessel operations from Fort Pierce, FL. You will command vessels, supervise crews, and coordinate testing, evaluation, and deployment of advanced maritime systems.

The role requires USCG Master credentials, STCW, and strong leadership with a focus on safety and regulatory compliance. You will collaborate with engineers and shoreside teams to plan missions, maintain thorough logs, and ensure readiness for scheduled

Qualifications

• USCG Master license appropriate to vessel and duties.
• STCW credentials including Basic Training, OICNW, Medical PIC, and FCC where applicable.
• TWIC and relevant USCG/STCW medical certificate.
• Experience as senior deck officer or command aboard crewed vessels in dynamic maritime environments.
• Knowledge of COLREGs, voyage planning, bridge resource management, and shipboard emergency procedures.
• Proficiency with voyage planning software, GIS tools, and marine navigation systems.
