Job summary

Southern Health Partners, Inc. is seeking a Full-Time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for the Surry County Jail in North Carolina, on a 12-hour night shift rotation (6:30 PM–7:00 AM) with rotating weekends.

You will work with a medical team to deliver patient care with autonomy and professional judgment in a correctional setting. Responsibilities include administering medications and treatments, monitoring patients, assisting with sick calls and chronic care clinics, conducting intake screenings,

Qualifications

• NC LPN license is required.
• Experience in correctional healthcare is a plus.
• Ability to work nights and weekends on rotating schedule.
