PruittHealth @ Home in Georgia is hiring compassionate Home Health RNs to provide skilled nursing visits in patients' homes. The role emphasizes autonomy, one-on-one care, and a strong focus on safety and quality.

We offer a $5,000 sign-on bonus, flexible schedules, paid training, and opportunities for career growth within a fast-growing home health network; pay ranges based on experience from $74,880 to $90,480 annually.

Formación

• Active, unrestricted RN license required.
• Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation required.
• CPR certification required.
• 1+ year RN experience (home health or acute care preferred).

Responsabilidades

• Provide skilled nursing visits in the patient’s home.
• Complete assessments, start-of-care visits, and care plans.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team.
• Supervise LPNs and Home Health Aides.
• Document care using an iPad with AI assist (OASIS experience a plus).
• Educate patients and families to promote independence.
• Ensure continuity, quality, and safety of patient care.
