Stern at Home Therapy is hiring Physical Therapists to provide one-on-one, in-home care in the Newark area. You’ll evaluate and treat a geriatric population with full clinical autonomy, scheduling your visits while an admin team handles logistics.

Shadowing is available for those newer to home health, and a cancellation protection plan helps keep caseloads full. Part-time and full-time roles are offered with W-2 benefits or salary options, designed to fit your life and goals while delivering

Qualifications

• Active PT license in New Jersey (required).
• Home health experience preferred — not required.
• Strong communication and bedside manner.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat a geriatric population in patients' homes in Newark.
• Create and execute individualized treatment plans with clinical autonomy.
• Collaborate with a dedicated admin team handling scheduling and documentation.
